Your project credit
A small order can be the start of a much larger project. When your eligible U.S. merchandise purchase under US$50 includes US$5 Standard Shipping, you earn a personal code for 5% off the entire merchandise total of one future US$500+ order.
Find your code
Your code is in your qualifying order confirmation. You'll also receive a dedicated project-credit email. The code activates once payment clears. Use the same customer email at checkout and enter the code before paying.
Put it toward your next project
On a US$600 merchandise order, the credit saves you US$30. The US$500 minimum is measured before this credit, excluding shipping, taxes and optional returns or package-protection fees. Those fees do not receive the 5% discount.
Your code has one use and no expiry. You can use it with free shipping, but it cannot be combined with other merchandise discounts.
If you place more than one small order
Each qualifying purchase earns a separate code. You can use each code on a separate future US$500+ merchandise order. Project-credit codes cannot be combined on one order.
If you return the purchase that earned it
Your credit stays valid while you keep some qualifying merchandise from that purchase. If you return all qualifying merchandise, receive a full refund or cancel the purchase, an unused code is canceled. Keeping optional coverage alone does not preserve the credit.
If you have already used the code, our team will review it. No amount is automatically charged or deducted from your refund.
Which purchases qualify?
The benefit applies to eligible paid U.S. merchandise purchases under US$50 with exactly US$5 paid Standard Shipping under the shipping policy introduced October 12, 2026. Purchases with free shipping, expedited shipping or a separately selected carrier service do not earn this credit. Optional coverage fees do not count as qualifying merchandise.
