How do returns work?
What is your return policy?
- We offer a 14 day return policy, if you are unsatisfied with your order.
- To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition, with internal packaging unopened.

Do you offer exchanges?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as all items are in original, unused condition, with internal packaging unopened.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Inspire Hardware.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
- We stand behind our products, so if you receive a defective product, we will replace it.
- If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item.
- If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and provide free shipping.
- If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product.. The customer is responsible for sending the damaged items back to Inspire Hardware, but Inspire Hardware will pay for shipping of the replacement product(s).
- A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.
When can I expect my refund or store credit?
- Please allow 1 week internal processing time, and also allow processing time from your bank or credit card. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed by Inspire Hardware.
