What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason. 

To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How do I request a return?
Please start by submitting a returns request through our easy to use Contact Us form. Or you can simply send us an email at sales @inspirehardware.com.  

As long as the return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order, you're good to go! Refer to the full return policy for details.
When can I expect my refund or store credit?
Please allow 1 week internal processing time, and also allow processing time from your bank or credit card. 

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed by Inspire Hardware.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer the same 30 day window for exchanges. If you are unhappy with your product or it just doesn't fit your vision, you can exchange it for another item. 

Just contact us via sales@inspirehardware.com to begin the hassle-free exchange process. The customer is responsible for shipping of the items that need to be exchanged. But shipping of the new items is on us. 
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
It occasionally happens. But we stand behind our products, so if you receive a defective product we will replace it within 90 days of delivery. 

If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item. Shipping to you will be on us for defects or damage caused by Inspire Hardware. 

If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and ship the replacement for free. 

If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product, but please contact us upon delivery.

The customer is responsible for sending the damaged items back to Inspire Hardware, but Inspire Hardware will pay for shipping of the replacement product(s). 
 
A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.
