Der Kunde trägt die Rücksendekosten bei einem Meinungswechsel, sofern kein berechtigter Redo-Rückversandschutz erworben wurde. Bei genehmigten Erstattungen sowie bei einem Umtausch mit Erstattung einer Preisdifferenz fällt eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von US$3.50 an. Die Redo-Kaufgebühr ist nicht erstattungsfähig; die Deckungsbedingungen gelten.
Melden Sie Transportschäden innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen und Herstellungsfehler innerhalb von 60 Kalendertagen nach Lieferung. Inspire Hardware übernimmt den Standardrückversand bei bestätigten Schäden oder Fehlern; Redo ist dafür nicht erforderlich. Schäden oder Herstellungsfehler können vor der Montage gemeldet werden. Werden sie während der Montage entdeckt, darf nur das betroffene Stück zur Prüfung zurückgegeben werden. Für den Rest der Bestellung gelten die üblichen Rückgabebedingungen. Durch die Montage verursachte Schäden gelten nicht als Herstellungsfehler oder Transportschäden. Die Meldefristen sowie Foto- und Genehmigungsanforderungen gelten weiterhin.
Bewahren Sie alle Verpackungen auf und senden Sie Fotos des Produkts, der Innenverpackung und des äußeren Versandkartons. Warten Sie vor einer Rücksendung auf die Genehmigung und ein ausgestelltes Rücksendeetikett. Versenden Sie genehmigte Rücksendungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Genehmigung. If damage or a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, only the affected piece may be returned for review; the rest of the order remains subject to the usual return conditions.
