Wie funktionieren Rücksendungen und Umtausch?
Beantragen Sie eine zulässige Rückgabe oder einen Umtausch wegen eines Meinungswechsels innerhalb von 60 Kalendertagen nach Lieferung. Die Artikel müssen unbenutzt, unmontiert und in ihrer Originalverpackung sein. Sonderanfertigungen, speziell bestellte Oberflächen und als endgültiger Verkauf gekennzeichnete Artikel sind von Rückgaben wegen eines Meinungswechsels ausgeschlossen.
Der Kunde trägt die Rücksendekosten bei einem Meinungswechsel, sofern kein berechtigter Redo-Rückversandschutz erworben wurde. Bei genehmigten Erstattungen sowie bei einem Umtausch mit Erstattung einer Preisdifferenz fällt eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von US$3.50 an. Die Redo-Kaufgebühr ist nicht erstattungsfähig; die Deckungsbedingungen gelten.
Melden Sie Transportschäden innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen und Herstellungsfehler innerhalb von 60 Kalendertagen nach Lieferung. Inspire Hardware übernimmt den Standardrückversand bei bestätigten Schäden oder Fehlern; Redo ist dafür nicht erforderlich. Ersatz erfolgt durch denselben Artikel; Sonderanfertigungen benötigen die üblichen Produktionszeiten.
Schäden oder Herstellungsfehler können vor der Montage gemeldet werden. Werden sie während der Montage entdeckt, darf nur das betroffene Stück zur Prüfung zurückgegeben werden. Für den Rest der Bestellung gelten die üblichen Rückgabebedingungen. Durch die Montage verursachte Schäden gelten nicht als Herstellungsfehler oder Transportschäden. Die Meldefristen sowie Foto- und Genehmigungsanforderungen gelten weiterhin.
Bewahren Sie alle Verpackungen auf und senden Sie Fotos des Produkts, der Innenverpackung und des äußeren Versandkartons. Warten Sie vor einer Rücksendung auf die Genehmigung und ein ausgestelltes Rücksendeetikett. Versenden Sie genehmigte Rücksendungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Genehmigung. Our hardware is low-maintenance — just wipe with a soft, damp cloth when needed. Never use chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can dull the finish.

Request an eligible change-of-mind return or exchange within 60 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Custom products, special-order finishes and final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Shipping damage or manufacturing defects may be reported before installation. If damage or a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, only the affected piece may be returned for review; the rest of the order remains subject to the usual return conditions. Damage caused by installation is not a manufacturing defect or shipping-damage claim. The reporting deadlines, photo requirements and approval process still apply.
