You'll have to supply your own screws

Website states that 4 lengths of M4 screws will be provided but only 2 lengths were given and the pulls are not M4, the are M5. Screws also were poor quality.

Beautiful, but verify the screws!

The Demi Lune is beautiful and the quality is amazing!
It looks stunning and it is exactly what I wanted.
Why only 3 stars then?
I had a few problems with the screws. First, I ordered 9 Demi Lune and all the screws didn’t fit. Please don’t wait the night before installation to verify all the screws like I did. Also, even though all cabinet pulls are the same, the screws that fitted each pull were different. Even one pull had 2 different sizes screws. Also, one of the pull had its inside threads broken. Fortunately, we have a store in my hometown that makes custom screws and repairs inside threads so I was able to get everything I needed and finally install them.

Terrible company, terrible customer service.

Inspire hardware incorrectly sent me items I did not order. They will not send someone to pick them up and they canceled a pending order because they are pouting.

They have made no attempt to secure their misshipped products that are boxed, labeled, and packaged at my home.

Now their position is: I am not allowed to be a customer of theirs. I have more hardware to purchase. I will look elsewhere.

These are not serious people, this is not a serious company, and they do not deserve anyone's business.

Top Notch

Having concluded months of research, these pulls appeared to meet the ideal for our custom desiged piece. On faith, we took the words of the handful of reviews Inspire Hardware had online and, Our woodworker cautioned us about offshore manufacturers, even Etsy, citing engineering, return, delay and other issues he continually encountered. When I handed these off, he was extremely impressed and relieved to be finishing our furniture with quality similar to what he employs in crafting his unique pieces. He and we have dedaceds-long backgrounds in graphic design and engineering, and gifted (for better or worse) with creative thought and often "too"-high standards (a plus in business, but all too rare in broad-scale manufacturing). The piece was actually conceived as the focal point in an interior design project that I'd been envisioning and hoping for for many years. We'll photograph the final piece and hand off the shot for the woodworker for his online gallery if he wishes. The quality of the pulls put to bed any concerns we might have had up front re cost, returns/restocking etc. The company was a pleasure to work with, lived up to their online presence...even delivered (serendipitously) before we expected. Kudos and smiles.

A few things to know before choosing your hardware.

Is Demi sold as a pair?

Each cabinet pull is sold individually. To make a full circle across two doors, order two in the same size and finish. Each half mounts to its own door.

Which measurement should I use to choose a size?

The size selection refers to the overall height of one half-moon pull. Its width and mounting centers are shown beside the size selector. For existing holes, match the mounting centers rather than the overall size.

Will two halves work on my cabinet doors?

The gap between the doors and the way they open both matter. Before drilling, position both actual pulls, trace their outlines and check that each door opens without the hardware touching. Bifold doors need particular attention because the panels move together.

What should my installer check before drilling?

Mounting screws are included. Your installer should confirm the screw length, door thickness and mounting positions against the actual pull. The product resources show the available drawings and installation guidance. For MDF, hollow panels or an unusual door construction, send us those details before ordering so we can check the application.

Can I use this version on a room door or appliance?

This page is for Demi cabinet pulls. The Demi door handles shown above are a separate product with different mounting hardware. For an appliance, room door or back-to-back installation, ask us to check the exact product and your installation before ordering.

How can I check the finish against my other fixtures?

A physical sample makes it easier to judge the tone and reflection in your room. Compare the exact finish name, including matte or gloss lacquer, across the pieces you want to use. Similar names from different brands do not establish a match. When a matching chip is offered, use the link beside Finish.
