Selecting expediting shipping does not reduce fulfillment time.
Our hardware is low-maintenance — just wipe with a soft, damp cloth when needed. Never use chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can dull the finish.
With minimal care, your pieces will look beautiful for decades.
Request an eligible change-of-mind return or exchange within 60 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Custom products, special-order finishes and final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Shipping damage or manufacturing defects may be reported before installation. If damage or a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, only the affected piece may be returned for review; the rest of the order remains subject to the usual return conditions. Damage caused by installation is not a manufacturing defect or shipping-damage claim. The reporting deadlines, photo requirements and approval process still apply.
