 How are your shipping costs calculated?

  • Purchases $50 and above are free in the continental US.
  • Shipping on all other orders is determined by weight.
  • Expedited shipping is an additional charge on all orders.


How will I know when my order has shipped?

  • You will receive a shipping notification email once your tracking code is created. The shipping company will process the shipment within 24-48 hours of the tracking code being generated. You can use the tracking number in this email to see the status of your order.


Where can I find my tracking information?

  • You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping company to process the shipment and update tracking status. If you did not include an email when checking out, you will not receive an email.


How do I change the shipping address on my order?

  • If your tracking number shows your shipping label has been created and not yet shipped, we may be able to change your shipping address. Please submit an inquiry through the Contact Us form to discuss.
  • Orders are typically shipped and picked up within 1-2 days of ordering, so if changes are needed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been picked up, it cannot be changed.


Can I expedite my shipping?

  • Yes! Expedited shipping is available for all orders, for an additional charge. We will do everything we can to process your order quickly when expedited shipping is selected.
  • You can select the expedited shipping option that best-suits your need-by date at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

  • No, we do not ship internationally at this time.


What if my order is returned due to failed delivery?

  • We track all of our customers' orders to ensure they've reached their final destination. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to try resolving the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply if we were not at fault for the failed delivery.



 What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.


What currency is your pricing?

  • All pricing is in US dollars.


When I place an order, when will I be charged?

Do you charge sales tax?

  • Yes, we charge sales tax in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Washington state sales tax is applied to all Washington orders.
  • For all other states, there is currently no sales tax collected.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • This information can be found by tracking your order.
  • Total processing and transit time is based on normal processing time of 1-2 business days and standard shipping lead times for the selected shipping. Some items require a longer processing time, they are noted on the product page for every item.
  • We offer expedited shipping in cases where you're crunched for time. Extra charges apply for expedited shipping. We will do everything in our power to process expedited orders same day.


Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

  • We want to reduce waste as much as you do, so our goal is always to send all items in 1 package.
  • If for any reason we need to send multiple packages, we will let you know prior to fulfilling the order.


What if my order is missing an item?

Do you offer exchanges?

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase.
  • We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as all items are in original, unused condition, with internal packaging unopened.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Inspire Hardware.


What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

  • We stand behind our products, so if you receive a defective product, we will replace it.
  • If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item. Shipping to you will be on us.
  • If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and ship the replacement for free.
  • If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product. The customer is responsible for sending the damaged items back to Inspire Hardware, but Inspire Hardware will pay for shipping of the replacement product(s).
  • A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.


When can I expect my refund or store credit?

  • Please allow 1 week internal processing time, and also allow processing time from your bank or credit card. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed by Inspire Hardware.



Are there screws included?

  • Yes, each pull comes with 2 screws. And each knob comes with 1 screw. Screws fit most standard cabinet doors.
  • If your cabinet drawers of drawers need longer screws than what is mentioned on the product page, please let us know in the notes field at checkout.
  • Otherwise standard screws are included in the order and the customer is responsible for additional screws.


Is the price per piece or for pairs?

  • Prices are for single items. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.


How do I interpret the measurements on your website?

  • Our descriptions include measurements in inches and/or mm.
  • For pulls we provide center to center measurements as well as overall length in inches.
  • The supplied center to center measurement is where the screws will go.
  • Most product pages also include a downloadable tear sheet that shows all product information, including measurements in inches and metric.
  • If you don't see a measurement that you need to make a decision, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide additional measurements and/or pictures.


How do you install your hardware?

  • We recommend using a cabinet hardware installation jig/template so that all pulls and/or knobs are installed level on your cabinets.
  • For new installations, pre-drilling holes is recommended.
  • Tightening of screws should be done manually with a screwdriver to avoid over-tightening or stripping the screws or hardware.


Do you offer samples?

  • Yes! We have just launched a new samples program. 
  • You will be able to select the sample directly from the samples product page at a 50% discount. The sample is a like-new open box item, not in original packaging.
  • You will be charged $7.00 for shipping at checkout. This includes a return shipping label.
  • If the sample is returned within 14 days of receiving the sample, you will be refunded the cost of the sample. No refunds on the shipping charges.
  • If you choose to keep the sample past 14 days after receipt, no refund for the cost of the sample will be applied.
  • If you select more than 1 sample of the same product at checkout, we will contact you to correct the order before processing it. Each product is limited to 1 sample.
