How are your shipping costs calculated?
Products ship free in the continental US!
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping notification email once your tracking code is created.
The shipping company will process the shipment within 24-48 hours of the tracking code being generated. Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing longer than normal processing times from our carriers and this is out of our control. We appreciate your patience.
You can use the tracking number in this email to see the status of your order.
Where can I find my tracking information?
You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping company to process the shipment and update tracking status.
If you did not include an email when checking out, you will not receive an email.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
If your tracking number shows your shipping label has been created and not yet shipped, we may be able to change your shipping address.
Please submit an inquiry through the Contact Us form to discuss.
Orders are typically shipped and picked up by our shipping carriers within 1-2 days of ordering, so if changes are needed please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been picked up the shipping address cannot be changed.
