Expedited shipping does not shorten the fulfillment time.

Expedited shipping is an additional charge on all orders. You can select the expedited shipping option that best-suits your need-by date at checkout. 

Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce the lead time to prepare the shipment, as noted on each product page.

    Product pages contain specific instructions for each pull or knob.

    For new installations, pre-drilling holes is required.  

    Tightening of screws should be done manually with a screwdriver to avoid over-tightening or stripping the screws or hardware.

    For all other states, there is currently no sales tax collected.

    You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number.  Check spam if you don't see it right away.

    Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to process the shipment and update tracking status.

How do returns & exchanges work?

We offer a 60 day return policy, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason.  

To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition, inside all original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
