Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders are typically not shipped on weekends or national US holidays.
Orders that require a longer handling time are always noted on the product page. These orders generally require longer processing time because they are not stock items, need some customization prior to shipping, or require more time to prepare for shipping.
Selecting expedited shipping at checkout DOES NOT reduce the internal lead time to prepare the order for shipping, as noted on the product page.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed by a day or two. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, chat or phone call.
All orders $500+ before any applicable discounts will have signature release required for delivery. If you need a specific delivery date, please coordinate with UPS directly.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Products ship via USPS or UPS in the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders below $100 are a flat rate of $8 to ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders $100 and over ship free via UPS Ground.
Members of the Inspire Hardware Trade Program are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping on all orders regardless of order value. Expedited shipping is not covered by the Trade Program. The Trade Program is only available to customers with valid interior design, architecture, real estate development and similar credentials.
Expedited shipping is an additional charge on all orders, calculated by weight, shipping method and destination. Expedited shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer. If you need a shipping mode and speed not listed at checkout, please contact sales@inspirehardware.com for help with special shipping.
Please note UPS Ground does not guarantee delivery times. If you need the items by a specific date, please use UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day Air, however these are paid by the customer.
Purchasing expedited shipping at checkout does not mean the items will ship the next day after purchase, please take note of the lead time for fulfillment noted on the product page, checkout, and upon order confirmation. Fulfillment is generally 1-3 days from the time an order is placed, and the speed depends on the current order queue.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, the above are estimates.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Inspire Hardware ships to addresses within the U.S.
For PO Boxes we may contact the customer prior to shipping if the shipping box is "large". Some shipping providers do not ship to PO Boxes - please keep this in mind at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours once the shipping provider processes the package.

Damages
Inspire Hardware is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally to most countries. If you are an international customer and would like to inquire about purchasing from Inspire Hardware, please submit a request through our Contact Us form or email sales@inspirehardware.com
Shipping to US territories such as Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico is considered international shipping and is governed by the international shipping policy noted here.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Inspire Hardware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
