A hotel, an institutional setting and a private-brand collection each ask something different of their hardware. Special Projects brings the design intent together with the quantities, daily use and installation requirements that shape the work.

Bring the hardware brief for a hotel, restaurant, bar or guest environment. Consider the visible character alongside repeated use, cleaning and the details the installation team needs.
For campuses, offices and other shared facilities, bring the room types, expected use, quantities and installation phases into the brief. Mounting conditions, cleaning routines, spares and any required performance documentation help define what the proposed hardware needs to do.
Explore hardware developed around the identity of your furniture, interiors or product collection. Define what should be distinctive and which production, labeling or packaging needs require review.

A repeated detail multiplies every decision: material, dimensions, surface treatment, quantity and the work needed to make it. Bringing a target budget forward allows those choices to be considered together.
A project-specific production run can align the order with the quantity needed, without requiring a brand to build a broad stock assortment. Development costs, minimum quantities, packing and delivery arrangements are agreed for the project. Identify installation phases, spare quantities and likely repeat orders so the production plan can account for them.
For a private-brand collection, include ownership, exclusivity and repeat-order expectations in the initial brief so the terms can be discussed before development.
For cruise, marine, commercial or other specialist environments, identify the application, exposure and any required testing, certification or documentation at the start.
The relevant requirements must be assessed for the proposed hardware. A design concept or a finish selection does not establish suitability for a regulated application.
