If you do not get a response from Inspire Hardware within 2 business days of submitting a return request, please check your SPAM.

We ALWAYS reply to return requests within 2 business days, excluding US holidays.

Using the Self Service Returns Portal is Easy

1. Enter the order number that you want to submit the return for.

2. In the second field enter the Email or Phone Number associated with your order, and then click the Start your return button.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
