What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day return policy, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition. All products must be packaged back into their original packaging for shipping back to us. This means into all wrapping, bags, sleeves, padding, etc. Returns shipped back to us in polymailers, padded mailers, or bags will not be accepted. This is required to receive a full refund.
How do I request a return?
Please start by submitting a returns request through our easy to use Returns & Exchanges Request Form here.
As long as the return is initiated within 60 calendar days of receiving the order, you're good to go! The items must have the return shipping tracking initiated within 10 business days of receiving the approval for the return.
If you do not get a response from Inspire Hardware within 2 business days of submitting a return request, please check your spam. We ALWAYS reply to all return requests within 2 business days. This excludes holidays.

When can I expect my refund or store credit?
Please allow 2 weeks internal processing time, plus processing time from your bank or credit card.
How do exchanges work?
Yes, we offer the same 60 day window for exchanges. If you are unhappy with your product or it just doesn't fit your vision, you can exchange it for another item.
Just submit your exchange request through our Returns & Exchanges Form to begin the exchange process. The customer is responsible for shipping of the items that need to be exchanged & a $3.50 restocking fee.
If you do not get a response from Inspire Hardware within 2 business days of submitting an exchange request, please check your spam. We ALWAYS reply to all exchange requests within 2 business days. This excludes holidays.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Each item is checked for quality before we prepare your order for shipment. But things occasionally happen.
We stand behind our products, so if you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace it within 60 calendar days of delivery. Please submit your request via our Returns & Exchanges Form here.
If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item. Shipping to you will be on us when the incorrect product is sent by Inspire Hardware.
If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and ship the replacement for free. The damaged item must arrive back to us before a replacement is shipped.
If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product, but please contact us upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for sending the damaged or incorrect items back to Inspire Hardware, inside all original packaging, in unused condition. If the products arrive to us further damaged because of issues with how the products were repackaged to ship back to us, we may not be able to process the exchange without a fee.
A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.

Questions about Bold
A few things to know before choosing your hardware.Does the selected size mean the overall length?
The size selection is the distance between the screw centers. Overall length is shown beside it. If you are replacing existing hardware, measure from the center of one hole to the center of the other; a 6-inch pull will not fit holes drilled at 6¼ inches.
Should I choose the cabinet pull or appliance pull?
This is the cabinet pull. The coordinating Bold appliance pull is a separate product, linked above. For an appliance panel, compare its mounting centers, projection and hand clearance with your appliance maker's requirements before ordering.
What does the knurled surface feel like?
The black grip has a patterned, textured surface. If the feel is important to your decision, consider one pull before ordering for the whole room. A finish chip helps with color, but cannot show how the full grip feels in your hand.
Are screws included, and will they suit my cabinets?
Each pull is sold individually with mounting screws. Your installer should check the actual panel thickness and required screw length before installation. Cabinet and appliance pulls have different hardware requirements; do not assume their screws are interchangeable.
Can this be fitted back to back on a glass door?
The standard cabinet pull is not supplied as a back-to-back glass-door set. Please send us the glass thickness, hole positions and intended use before ordering so we can check whether an appropriate configuration is available.
Which pieces give me the same look?
The Bold knob and appliance pulls shown above carry the same black-and-brass design. Check each product's finish and dimensions for your installation. For a color comparison with other fixtures, see finish samples; screen images alone cannot establish an exact match.
