We know whether you are working on a cabinet with knobs, or you have a number of vanity cabinet handles and pulls you need to install, each installation can be different. The thickness of a drawer is different than the thickness of a cabinet, and often you need a range of fastener lengths across a job.
To address this, each knob or handle we sell comes with 4 lengths* of stainless steel or brass screws** so that you can easily install your hardware as soon as you receive it.
Screw type: Metric
Screw Size: M4 or M5 screws (thickness of the screw)
Screw Lengths: 20mm, 25mm, 35mm and 40mm
*We do not provide screws beyond these lengths.
(This does not apply to edge pulls, which include only one set of tonally matched wood screws)
**Brass screws are only included with some hardware models, and we do not include brass screws as standard with all products.

We also ship internationally - shipping charges apply and available at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer during shipping or upon delivery, and are not included in the product pricing or shipping fees due at checkout.
Expedited domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout.
Please note lead times are in addition to shipping time and cannot be reduced just by adding expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day return policy, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition. All products must be packaged back into their original packaging for shipping back to us. This means into all wrapping, bags, sleeves, padding, etc. Returns shipped back to us in polymailers, padded mailers, or bags will not be accepted. This is required to receive a full refund.
How do I request a return?
Please start by submitting a returns request through our easy to use Returns & Exchanges Request Form here.
As long as the return is initiated within 60 calendar days of receiving the order, you're good to go! The items must have the return shipping tracking initiated within 10 business days of receiving the approval for the return.
If you do not get a response from Inspire Hardware within 2 business days of submitting a return request, please check your spam. We ALWAYS reply to all return requests within 2 business days. This excludes holidays.

When can I expect my refund or store credit?
Please allow 2 weeks internal processing time, plus processing time from your bank or credit card.
How do exchanges work?
Yes, we offer the same 60 day window for exchanges. If you are unhappy with your product or it just doesn't fit your vision, you can exchange it for another item.
Just submit your exchange request through our Returns & Exchanges Form to begin the exchange process. The customer is responsible for shipping of the items that need to be exchanged & a $3.50 restocking fee.
If you do not get a response from Inspire Hardware within 2 business days of submitting an exchange request, please check your spam. We ALWAYS reply to all exchange requests within 2 business days. This excludes holidays.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Each item is checked for quality before we prepare your order for shipment. But things occasionally happen.
We stand behind our products, so if you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace it within 60 calendar days of delivery. Please submit your request via our Returns & Exchanges Form here.
If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item. Shipping to you will be on us when the incorrect product is sent by Inspire Hardware.
If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and ship the replacement for free. The damaged item must arrive back to us before a replacement is shipped.
If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product, but please contact us upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for sending the damaged items back to Inspire Hardware, inside all original packaging, in unused condition. If the products arrive to us further damaged because of issues with how the products were repackaged to ship back to us, we may not be able to process the exchange without a fee.
A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.
