How Do Returns and Exchanges Work?
Please keep your hardware and all packaging until you have inspected your order. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the full requirements.
- Change of mind: Request an eligible return or exchange within 60 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Custom products, special-order finishes and final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is customer-paid unless eligible Redo free return shipping was purchased. A $3.50 restocking fee applies to approved refunds; for exchanges, it applies when a refund difference is issued.
- Shipping damage: Report damage to Inspire Hardware within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include photos of the product and all packaging, including the outer carton. Inspire covers standard return shipping for verified damage. Damage replacements are for the same item; custom items require standard production lead times.
- Manufacturing defects: Report a defect within 60 calendar days of delivery, with photos of the product and all packaging. Inspire covers standard return shipping for verified defects. Defective items are replaced with the same item; custom items require standard production lead times.
- Optional Redo coverage: If purchased at checkout, Redo covers eligible return shipping under the applicable coverage terms. Its purchase fee is non-refundable, and the applicable $3.50 restocking fee remains. Redo is not required for Inspire's standard return-shipping coverage for verified damage or defects. Package-protection claims depend on the coverage purchased and its terms.
Shipping damage or manufacturing defects may be reported before installation. If damage or a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, only the affected piece may be returned for review; the rest of the order remains subject to the usual return conditions. Damage caused by installation is not a manufacturing defect or shipping-damage claim. The reporting deadlines, photo requirements and approval process still apply.
Start a return, exchange or damage/defect request, or email returns@inspirehardware.com. Please wait for approval and the issued return label before sending anything back. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
If we send the incorrect item
If Inspire Hardware sends the incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct item and cover shipping of the replacement to you. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.

Questions about Bold
A few things to know before choosing your hardware.Does the selected size mean the overall length?
The size selection is the distance between the screw centers. Overall length is shown beside it. If you are replacing existing hardware, measure from the center of one hole to the center of the other; a 6-inch pull will not fit holes drilled at 6¼ inches.
Should I choose the cabinet pull or appliance pull?
Choose cabinet pulls for cabinet doors and drawers, and appliance pulls for paneled appliances. Bold appliance pulls are larger and heavier, with a thicker bar, larger feet and greater projection from the panel. That extra space gives your hand more room for a comfortable grip when opening an appliance.
Bold appliance pulls use M5 mounting screws; cabinet pulls typically use M4 screws. Before ordering, check the mounting centers, panel thickness and installation requirements for your appliance. You can find the matching Bold appliance pulls under Find matching knobs & appliance pulls above.
What does the knurled surface feel like?
The black grip has a patterned, textured surface. If the feel is important to your decision, consider one pull before ordering for the whole room.
Are screws included, and will they suit my cabinets?
Each pull is sold individually with mounting screws. Your installer should check the actual panel thickness and required screw length before installation. Cabinet and appliance pulls have different hardware requirements; do not assume their screws are interchangeable.
Can this be fitted back to back on a glass door?
The standard cabinet pull is not supplied as a back-to-back glass-door set. Please send us the glass thickness, hole positions and intended use before ordering so we can check whether an appropriate configuration is available.
Which pieces give me the same look?
The Bold knob and appliance pulls shown above carry the same black-and-brass design. Check each product's finish and dimensions for your installation. Finish chips are not available for Bold. Design professionals can request Bold product samples through Material Bank. Screen images alone cannot establish an exact match to other fixtures; contact us if you need more information about the finish.
