What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day return policy, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition. All products must be packaged back into their original packaging for shipping back to us. This means into all wrapping, bags, sleeves, padding, etc. Returns shipped back to us in polymailers, padded mailers, or bags will not be accepted. This is required to receive a full refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges & a $3.50 restocking fee.

How do I request a return?
Please start by submitting a returns request through our easy to use Returns & Exchanges Request Form here.
As long as the return is initiated within 60 calendar days of receiving the order, you're good to go! The items must have the return shipping tracking initiated within 10 business days of receiving the approval for the return.
If you do not get a response from Inspire Hardware within 2 business days of submitting a return request, please check your spam. We ALWAYS reply to all return requests within 2 business days. This excludes holidays.

When can I expect my refund or store credit?
Please allow 2 weeks internal processing time, plus processing time from your bank or credit card.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed by Inspire Hardware.
How do exchanges work?
Yes, we offer the same 60 day window for exchanges. If you are unhappy with your product or it just doesn't fit your vision, you can exchange it for another item.
Just submit your exchange request through our Returns & Exchanges Form to begin the exchange process. The customer is responsible for shipping of the items that need to be exchanged & a $3.50 restocking fee.

What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Each item is checked for quality before we prepare your order for shipment. But things occasionally happen.
We stand behind our products, so if you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace it within 60 calendar days of delivery. Please submit your request via our Returns & Exchanges Form here.
If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item. Shipping to you will be on us when the incorrect product is sent by Inspire Hardware.
If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and ship the replacement for free. The damaged item must arrive back to us before a replacement is shipped.
If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product, but please contact us upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for sending the damaged or incorrect items back to Inspire Hardware, inside all original packaging, in unused condition. If the products arrive to us further damaged because of issues with how the products were repackaged to ship back to us, we may not be able to process the exchange without a fee.
A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.

Choosing and installing Frond
How does Frond attach to my cabinetry?
Frond mounts from the back of the cabinet door or drawer and is supplied with two matching wood screws. Its mounting arrangement differs from a conventional pull with screws passing through the cabinet front. Ask your installer to check the mounting position on your actual cabinetry before drilling.
Will it fit my cabinet doors and drawers?
Check the space around the closed front, the clearance as it opens, and the room available for your fingers. The listed projection is 1 inch for Large and 0.75 inch for Small. Those dimensions alone do not confirm compatibility with an inset or closely fitted front.
What screw length and cabinet thickness should I use?
Two matching wood screws are included with each pull. A confirmed screw length and minimum panel thickness are not currently listed for Frond. Before placing a project order, send us your panel thickness and construction so we can confirm the fixing requirements with you.
Does the mounting plate need to be recessed?
That depends on the cabinet construction and the clearance behind the front. We have not published a verified recess depth or minimum reveal for Frond. Have your cabinetmaker check a physical pull against the door or drawer before deciding whether a recess is needed.
Should I choose Large or Small?
Large is listed at 4.5 inches overall with 3.75-inch mounting centers. Small is listed at 2.8 inches overall with 1.5-inch mounting centers. Compare both the visual scale and the mounting position on your cabinetry; the overall length is not the distance between screw holes.
Can I use it on doors as well as drawers?
Frond is offered for cabinet doors, drawers and furniture. For a different mounting orientation or a pair of adjacent fronts, check how the pulls meet and whether both fronts can open freely. A physical sample is the most useful way to confirm the arrangement with your installer.
What does Satin Brass with gloss lacquer look like?
The satin brass color is protected by a gloss lacquer, which gives the surface a brighter reflection than a matte coating. Use the finish-sample link beside Finish to compare it with your other fixtures. A finish chip shows color and sheen; a full pull also lets you judge the shape and grip.
How should I care for the finish?
Use a soft, damp cloth and dry the pull afterward. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and metal polish on the lacquered finish.
Which knobs coordinate with Frond?
The Frequently Paired section follows your selected finish where a matching option is available. For Large Satin Brass with gloss lacquer, it offers Dumas and Stout knobs in that finish. Compare samples before matching hardware from different collections or with another manufacturer's brass.
How should I prepare a whole-room order?
List the size, finish and quantity needed for each cabinet front. Frond is sold individually. Use the selected item's availability beside Add to cart, and contact us to confirm quantity and dispatch timing for a larger project. Check a physical pull with your installer before committing to drilling.
