What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
To receive a full return, all items must be in original, unused condition. All products must be packaged back into their original packaging for shipping back to us. This means into all wrapping, bags, sleeves, padding, etc. This is required to receive a full refund.
How do I request a return?
Please start by submitting a returns request through our easy to use Returns & Exchanges Request Form here.
As long as the return is initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the order, you're good to go! The items do need to have return shipping initiated within 10 business days of receiving the approval for the return.

When can I expect my refund or store credit?
Please allow 1 week internal processing time, and also allow processing time from your bank or credit card.
How do exchanges work?
Yes, we offer the same 30 day window for exchanges. If you are unhappy with your product or it just doesn't fit your vision, you can exchange it for another item.
Just submit your exchange request through our Returns & Exchanges Form to begin the exchange process. The customer is responsible for shipping of the items that need to be exchanged. But shipping of the new items is on us for the first exchange.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Each item is checked for quality before we prepare your order for shipment. But things occasionally happen.
We stand behind our products, so if you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace it within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please submit your request via our Returns & Exchanges Form here.
If we send you the incorrect product, we'll happily replace it with the correct item. Shipping to you will be on us when the incorrect product is sent by Inspire Hardware.
If the product was damaged in transit due to Inspire Hardware's packaging, we will replace the product and ship the replacement for free.
If the product was packaged properly and the item arrives damaged, we will replace the product, but please contact us upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for sending the damaged items back to Inspire Hardware, in all original packaging, in unused condition. If the products arrive to us further damaged because of issues with how the products were repackaged to ship back to us, we may not be able to process the exchange without a fee.
A damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.
